Loose leaf green tea harvested between early and late May. Grassy with a lingering, subtle sweetness.
Ingredients: Organic green tea.

Brewing Suggestion
Boil 250ml water and cool to 80°C.
Pour over 5 grams tea leaves and steep for 1 minute.
Leaves can be brewed 2-3 times.

Traditional Green Teas
Our traditional green teas are harvested between mid-April and early June. Categorized by order of harvest, each has its own distinct character of flavor and aroma. After the leaves are picked and gathered, they are thoroughly washed in order to remove all dirt and ultrafine particulates.
