Seasonglass green teas are harvested between mid-April and early June. Categorized by order of harvest, each has its own distinct character of flavour and aroma. After the leaves are picked and gathered, they are thoroughly washed in order to remove all dirt and ultrafine particulates before undergoing the traditional process of being dried, steamed, and rolled.
