Organic Ancient Grain Sourdough Bread
Freshly baked in-house, a combination of 3 ancient grains (Einkorn, Red Fife, Khorasan) are milled right before the baking process. Using artisan bread making techniques and allowing plenty of time for our starter and dough to naturally ferment, we bake breads that are not only delicious but healthy.
