Sweet Rice Pie
Chewy sweet rice pastry filled with adzuki bean paste. Unlike other traditional pies, these are made with sweet rice to give it a chewy texture. Filling carefully made from scratch giving it a clean, rich flavour.

Sweet Rice Pie can be stored in the fridge for up to one week, or may be frozen until ready to eat.
For Later Consumption: Thaw at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours if frozen. Bake at 320°F for 5 to 10 minutes before eating for best results.
